My experience with Braid Salon was outstanding. Cycy was welcoming, kind, professional and a great conversationalist. I was very weary of getting my hair braided as it was my first time ever she made me feel so comfortable. She answered all my questions, she was understanding of my needs and was able to execute the style I wanted in a quick and affordable manner. I will return to Braid Salon braiding salon in the future. I love my knotless braids. Thank you x

Cycy is the best hands down. I cannot fault her. I left feeling like a friend. I got overwhelmed by the website but what I noticed is, it provided me with a lot of information. I have caucasian hair and I was worried about appropriation , Cycy ran through everything with me and her insta @braid_salon page has a lot of pictures which helped me match my hair type. OMG, did you know she braided Tessa Thompson's hair? My gal is the best and should be number one in Australia. She is so accommodating ... I can go on and on but am sure you get the point. The few negative reviews are of people who have never met this beautiful and amazing lady! you have to meet her to believe me. Thanks again Cycy. I can't wait to come back for Zoe Kravitz box braids

Cycy is the boss! No one is compared to her. No wonder everyone who left a bad review has never been to Braid salon . Trust me, her work is aesthetic, her home salon is cozy and the chats are just too smart! Don’t let google fool you, book and appointment and get the best in Australia. Cycy is such a nice and professional Hair dresser! I am so Happy with my braids, she is really fast and make you feel comfortable like you are at your home! I will recommand her to all my friends and I will come back for sure. My box braids are amazing. Definitely the best box braids salon in Sydney so far. I read reviews and still had doubts. Let me tell you something …. If you are reading this and doubting the work of Cycy… let this be your sign not to. Her hands are magic. No more sitting for 8 hours. Her house is spotless, welcoming , TV with Netflix and you can watch anything . If you wish to work, she lets you do you. If you want to chat…. Topics are endless. This lady has a PhD. She is a doctor, smart and very knowledgeable with a lot of topics and insightful opinions. Lover her so much. Can’t wait to be back for my next knotless braids hun. CyCy is an amazing braider and person altogether! Very informative and makes you feel at home.
