▪️The complete address is provided upon booking via TEXT or email. You will get this confirmation 24 HOURS TO 4 DAYS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME AND DATE. Please be patient.

▪️All styles include “BRAIDING HAIR” – some colours are FREE and others have cost listed.

⚠️YOU MUST SELECT THE COLOUR EXTENSION YOU WANT WHEN YOU BOOK, IF NOT SELECTED, BLACK WILL BE USED. SEE INSTAGRAM FOR EXTENSION COLOURS.

▪️COLOUR BLEND: Check “add-on” and select the colours you want. If you do not see a colour you need on there I DO NOT offer it unfortunately. Some colours are unpopular so stocking them may mean a loss in income.

▪️I only service TEENAGERS 17 & up for now. I Increased the age because we have had a lot of abusive mothers. No braider deserves to be treated like a second class citizen by a mother. Sorry if these changes affects you.

▪️Service time varies depending on: HEAD SIZE, HAIR LENGTH, TEXTURE & add on services.

▪️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ If you do not select the right hair length and thickness of your hair when booking we will cancel you. If you hair is longer than 20 inches select the add on to pay extra, if your hair is thick, do same. Those services take us extra braiding time. if you pay for thick and at your appointment your hair is thin, we won’t charge you at appointment. But if you lie to avoid cost, we will cancel your booking.⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

▪️All styles are finalised at the pay of deposit. No same day changes, we will not be able to change your style on the day of your appointment because we have to purchase the hair after your booking and prep it ready to go. Which means changes on the day requires more prep.

▪️09AM has been added for consultation ONLY. If this is booked for braids you pay extra $50.

▪️1:30pm appointments is for MID BACK braids ONLY and not longer and also NOT xtra small. Longer braids should be booked for 8am

▪️ YOU MUST SELECT WEEKEND /PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE IF CHOOSING A WEEKEND DAY

▪️NO SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS

▪️NO EXTRA PEOPLE SHOULD COME TO AN APPOINTMENT to help stop the spread of COVID19 (PARENTS YOU CAN DROP AND PICK UP YOUR 14 &15 YEARS AND BELOW CHILDREN). We MUST be notified in a situation like this one. That’s for returning customer because we no longer braid these age groups.

We have had a lot of problems with parents lately and many have been abusive and rude towards our staff. We understand you care for your children, however just like every other customer, we have provided all information to follow. No one is above these rules. We stick to the styles we have listed below, if you want a styles for your daughter not listed here, please find a braider who does. Texting after hours, calling us after hours and insulting us is unfair. We may be braiders but we are humans first. We will block parents who insult us and we will not work with their children. Thanks for understanding.

▪️A $100 non REFUNDABLE/NON TRANSFERABLE deposit is required upon booking. If for any reason we have to refund you, please HOTE Square now charges $5 for refund processing. So we will refund you $95.

▪️AFRO / AFRICAN HAIR : MUST be at least 4 – 5 inches long for us to be able to braid.

CAUCASIAN / STRAIGHT HAIR: Must be at least 5 – 6 inches long. If shorter than this please allow a few months of growth before you book.

▪️You have 72 HOURS prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule. No refund as hair would have been purchased by then. You can reschedule for the next 7 or 14 days if we are booked out for the next 7 days.

▪️If you are cancelling because of COVID and the notice is last minute, please note : you will not be refunded and you can reschedule. You will however need to show a negative test result which you normally take when you have been notified by the government to isolate.

COVID-19 LOCKDOWN: If in case of an abrupt lockdown you wish your appointment moved, we will move that to the following week and according to health advise. We do not refund ( unfortunately) because we have extensions purchased as soon as a booking comes through.

WE MAY DECIDE NOT TO TAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR OMBRE SOME TIMES BECAUSE MOST OMBRE EXTENSIONS ARE BAD QUALITY. We always try to source out the premium extensions.
